We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for both non-prescription and prescription eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order easily via mail or in any of our boutiques.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for in-store drop-off.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Attach the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest collection point, or simply bring your frames into any Jimmy Fairly store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
